April 2026:
- Practical Insights for NIS2 with CyFun, 21 april (10-12h15, in English), Online training session offered free of charge by CyberActive to companies and the self-employed thanks to FPS Economy - EU (NextGeneration EU) funding, presented by Kurt Schoenmaekers (Howest Cyber3Lab)
- Co-Creatiesessie AI en bewegen, 21 april (9u30-12u30), Howest Gebouw A, verschillende technologieproducenten (o.a. OnTracx, SpineWise, Hylyght) geven een korte pitch over hun product waarin AI wordt ingezet voor het monitoren van fysieke belasting, met als doel overbelasting en blessures voorkomen.
- Inspire Health & Care, 22-23 april 2026, Flanders Expo, 200 exposanten, 3500 bezoekers, 40 content sessies
- Masterclass "Web Development met React", 8 interactieve en intensieve hands-on sessies, vanaf 27 april tot 22 juni. Speciale prijs voor Howest studenten.
May 2026:
- Official Opening of the Digital Health Lab, 5 mei, Brugge (Howest Gebouw J)
- Connect-IT 2026, 7 Mei 2026, Antwerp Expo. Connect IT is hét ontmoetingsplatform voor IT-professionals, beslissingsnemers, beleidsmakers en technologie-experts uit alle sectoren waar digitalisering het verschil maakt. Georganiseerd door V-ICT-OR en TMAB Business Events, i.s.m. Agoria en de CyberSecurity Coalition
- Cyberrisico's in productie: van theorie naar echte aanval, 7 mei 2026 (10-14u) met presentatie door Laurens Singier (Howest). Georganiseerd door Incrius bij Alinco in Sint-Niklaas
- Masterclass Slimmer Coachen met AI, Digital Health Lab bij Howest Brugge, 19 mei (9u30-15u30)
- CyberSec Europe, 20-21 May 2026, Brussels Expo, thé cybersecurity event of the year. See you there!
